Welcome to House of Rosa Mystica — where every piece is crafted and packed with love. As a small business, we’re committed to preparing and shipping your orders as swiftly and carefully as possible.

To help avoid delays, please double-check that your shipping information is entered accurately and in English, as errors or translations may affect your delivery.

Once your order leaves our hands, it becomes the responsibility of the postal or courier service. If you have specific delivery needs or a time-sensitive order, feel free to reach out to us directly and we’ll do our best to assist.

Fulfillment & Delivery Timeframes

Most orders are processed within 2–4 business days, excluding pre-orders, custom-made pieces, and made-to-order items such as art prints, canvases, greeting cards, and tapestries.

Our oracle decks are shipped from our fulfillment partner in Shenzhen, China—where they are also printed—to help save time and reduce environmental impact. Delivery is typically 7–15 business days, depending on your location.

Customs & Import Fees

Customs duties or import taxes are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the buyer. We do our best to select shipping options that cover these fees when possible, but this is not guaranteed.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our offerings, we do not accept returns. In rare cases, we may approve a return for an unopened deck, provided the customer covers return shipping costs. If approved, a refund for the item (excluding shipping) will be issued once it has been received in its original condition.

Shipping Protection

While we take great care in packing each order, House of Rosa Mystica is not liable for items lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. We highly recommend adding ShipTection coverage at checkout. This third-party insurance protects against loss, theft, or damage and allows for a more streamlined resolution process.

If you opt out of shipping protection and experience a delivery issue, you will need to file a claim directly with the courier, which may take up to 21 business days to resolve.
